Can I change the prices?

Yes, if you are using the PayPal version of the website.

Can I add or delete products from the website?

Yes, you can add or delete products if you are using the PayPal version of the website.

I can't login to my website.

If you are having an issue logging in to your website, go to the Login page and use the "Forgot Your Password?" feature. If you receive an error that says, "You are not registered in our system. Try again!" you have not completed the set up process. We will need to create your website manually. Complete the contact form below with the subject, "Website Registration." The admin will send instructions on what to do next.

Also there are 2 different login emails that are sent if you purchased the website through an affiliate. One from JVZoo and one from iLost5in5 Support. Make sure you are using the login information, sent by us and not JVZoo. With our system, you login with your username, NOT your email address. If you do not see the email from iLost5in5 support in your Inbox, check your Spam/Junk folder.

How do I change my payment information?

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Business Profile icon next to "Log Out" and select Profile and settings.
3. Click My money.
4. Click Update in the My preapproved payments section.
5. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.
6. Click Change in the Payment Method section.
7. Select the payment method you’d like to use.


How do cancel?

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the Business Profile icon next to "Log Out" and select Profile and settings.
3. Click My money.
4. Click Update beside "Preapproved Payments."
5. Select the payment, and then click Cancel.


How do I personalize my website url or change my website url?

You may purchase a domain name through GoDaddy and forward your domain name to your iLost5in5.com website url. A domain name will allow you create a personalized url for your website. CLICK HERE to purchase a domain name. Once you have purchased your domain name, follow the directions in the Step 2 on the Start Here page.

My website is not linking to my TLC website.

If your iLost5in5.com website is not linking to your TLC website, it means you have entered the incorrect username and/or TLC IBO Number. Please login to your TLC website and retrieve your TLC username and/or TLC IBO Number. You can also check the email you received when you signed up with TLC. Also, only the username should be entered, not the entire TLC link.

How do I forward or link my domain to iLost5in5.com website?

Click the link below for detailed instructions on how to forward your domain name. Be sure to choose masking if you do not want your iLost5in5.com url to be visible. However, if you mask your iLost5in5.com url, the mobile version will not show on cell phones and tablets.

Can I change my iLost5in5.com username?

The iLost5in5.com username cannot be changed. However, you are free to change your TLC, Pure Leverage and MLSP usernames.

Can I use another autoresponder besides Pure Leverage?

Pure Leverage/GVO is the only autoresponder compatible with this system.

How can I prevent my messages from going into my lead's Spam/Junk folder?

When you use a campaign code, everyone gets a copy of the same email messages. This causes the same message to be over and over again. Because the same message is being sent out, email providers tend to see the messages as Spam. To prevent this, login to your Pure Leverage account and change the messages a little bit. Be sure to add your own personality to the messages.

You can also purchase an email address with your domain name. Having an email with a personalized domain name, not gmail or yahoo, increases the odds of your email being sent to your prospect's Inbox. CLICK HERE to purchase an email through GoDaddy.

My Facebook link doesn't work?

Make sure your Facebook link has http:// before the www. For example, http://www.facebook.com/yourusername. If you add only your Facebook username, it will not work. Login to your account and check your Facebook link.

My Twitter link doesn't work?

Make sure your Twitter link has http:// before the www. For example, http://www.twitter.com/yourusername. If you add only your Twitter username, it will not work. Login to your account and check your Twitter link.

My Google+ link doesn't work?

Make sure your Google+ link has http:// before the www. If you add only your Google+ username, it will not work. Login to your account and check your Google+ link.

My Youtube Channel link doesn't work?

Make sure your Youtube Channel link has http:// before the www. For example, http://www.youtube.com/yourusername. If you add only your Youtube Channel username, it will not work. Login to your account and check your Youtube Channel link.

My Instagram link doesn't work?

Make sure your Instagram link has http:// before the www. If you add only your Instagram username, it will not work. Login to your account and check your Instagram link.

My Pinterest link doesn't work?

Make sure your Pinterest link has http:// before the www. If you add only your Pinterest username, it will not work. Login to your account and check your Pinterest link.

My LinkedIn link doesn't work?

Make sure your LinkedIn link has http:// before the www. If you add only your LinkedIn username, it will not work. Login to your account and check your LinkedIn link.
